This page explains what personal data yolomodestudio.com handles. Products made by YOLO Mode Studio have their own privacy policies.

Who is responsible

YOLO Mode Studio, a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) in the Netherlands, is the controller of this data. Contact: contact@yolomodestudio.com.

What this site collects

Nothing on purpose. The site sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking, loads nothing from third parties and has no forms or accounts.

The site is hosted by Render (Render Services, Inc., United States). To deliver the pages and keep the service secure, Render briefly processes technical data such as your IP address, your browser type and the time of the request. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in running a working, secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Render is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which covers the transfer of this data to the United States.

If you e-mail me

I use your name, your e-mail address and what you write only to answer you. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in handling requests or, where you ask about a product or service, taking steps at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(f) and (b) GDPR).

I keep the correspondence for as long as that takes, and longer only where Dutch law requires me to keep business records. I do not sell or share it. It is stored with my e-mail provider, which processes it on my behalf.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask me for access to your personal data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable form. Write to contact@yolomodestudio.com and I will answer within one month.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
